These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and Leovix Commerce ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the leovixpay.com website as well as any other media form or landing page related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Leovix Commerce provides a business-to-business (B2B) service offering custom merchant processing rate analysis and integration solutions. We collect your business information to generate customized processing quotes and facilitate the setup of merchant accounts. We are not a bank; we are an independent sales organization Powered by North. All final processing agreements, rates, and approvals are subject to the underwriting guidelines and terms of our processing partners.

3. User Representations

By submitting your information through our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized representative of a valid, legal business entity.

• All registration, contact, and financial information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.

• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.

• You are not using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. Leovix Commerce and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
